A tactical role-playing game (abbreviated as TRPG; sometimes referred to as strategy role-playing game, or SRPG) is a type of video game which incorporates elements of traditional role-playing video games and strategy games. In Japan these games are known as "Simulation RPGs".
Like standard RPGs, the player controls a finite party and battles a similar number of enemies. And like other RPGs, death is usually temporary. But this genre incorporates strategic gameplay such as tactical movement on an isometric grid.
Backgainer - Yomigaeru Yuusha-tachi: Kakusei-hen "Gainer Tensei" is a tactical RPG game. The game is clearly inspired by Patlabor & Evangelion anime series.
The game takes place in Tokyo in the year 2008 A.D. and begins when a giant mechanical robot attacks the city and when the army tried to destroy it they failed and the copters were destroyed by the robot.
After that the game passed to the room of the hero of the game that awakes after a nightmare and got to go to school, in his way there he finds his friend, but they find that the police and cut the way 'cause there are some strange alien criatures that are attacking the town and in the attack one of the pilots of one police unit (that are mecha pilot by humans) got injured, and so the hero's friend so he decided to got into that armored robot and pilot it, and that starts the first mission.
So now is turn to help him to defeat the menaces that are trying to conquer Earth.
The gameplay is a classic turn based tactical RPG and the player got a limited range of movement each turn and different kind of attacks to use.

Backgainer turned himself into a fight with the enemy. Event, part animation and fight scenes stuck out, part of strategy simulation is required but a simple system, we will progress the story consists of three part adventure to talk to other characters by moving the main character .
