Hiroki Matsukata is a Japanese actor. He is the son jidaigeki actor Jushiro Konoe and actress Yaeko Mizukawa and has younger brother, actor Yuki Meguro.

As a young man, he aspired to be a singer, but turned to acting, making his debut at age 17. He worked for Toei, specializing in jidaigeki and yakuza films. In 1969 he switched to Daiei as a replacement for Ichikawa Raizo VIII, starring in many films. On returning to Toei, he played in supporting roles, including Sakai Kin'ya in the Battles Without Honor and Humanity, starring Bunta Sugawara. With ex-wife actress Akiko Nishina he has two children. Son Masaki Nishina and daughter Hitomi Nishina are both in the entertainment industry.

Hiroki Matsukata Presents - World Fishing is a fishing game endorsed by the popular actor that features 2 main game modes:
- Billfish: That allows the player to take a boat and fish in the ocean.
- Blackbass: That allows the player to take a boat and fish in a river.

Each modes got a tutorial, a free fishing mode and a tournament mode, and the player can check the records of the fishes that he catched.
