Mermaid no Kisetsu Curtain Call can be considered as fan disc release for the users that get the original game Mermaid no Kisetsu. In this game the player can see a lot of different game modes, original CG galleries and other things:

- Conversational mode: Is some kind of communication mode with the game main characters. The volume of the conversation can be adjusted.

- Scenario mode: All the main story wasn't told in the first game, here the player can see 13 different scenerarios with different side characters and the 4 main ones.

- Prelude mode: See what happened before teh first game started.

- Quiz mode: More than 900 different questions about the first game.

- CG Mode: A collection of different pictures and original illustrations.

- Drama voice: 8 voices recorded.

- DJ Corner: Listen to the radio program and the DJ
