Misaki Agressive tells the story of Misaki a young girl that is the grandaughter of a dojo fighting master. She lives with him and he trains her in the arts of fighting.

The gameplay is about grow the stats of the main character and her comrades in order to be ready for the different fights that they will have to face during the game. To do that she can spy other fighters (all are female ones), train to gain streght and take different decissions in order to gain or lose her comrades loyalty and to add other characters to her group. Other feature of the game is that the player have to challenge other female fighters.

The game features japanese voice acting for all the game characters.

The fighting parts are played using a tactical rpg style in which the player move his characters in a limited range of movement and have to choose between different kind of attacks.
