This Street Fighter game is based in the movie Street Fighter II the Movie, and the gameplay is not the usual fighting game, is just an interactive movie. The player takes the role of one of M. Bison cyborg soldiers that have to travel the world in search of the Street Fighter characters to gain their special combat technical moves and that way Bison will create an army of those invencible cyborgs.
But Bison real objective is to capture a legendary street fighter called Ryu. To try to ruin Bison plans the interpol hired Chun-Li (their best agent) that quickly goes in search of the captain Guile who has a personal interest in kill Bison and here's where the game starts.
Gameplay:
Pressing the X Button the player activate the cyborg gunsight that the player have to put over the movement that he wants to capture and then press the Square button in the right moment. If a beep sounds the movement is captured. Depending of the movement the cyborg will increased some stats or others.
At the end of the game the cyborg will have to face Ryu in a final combat and depending of the fight results (win, lose and perfect) the end of the game will be different (there are 3, 2 of them exclusives of the game).

Puppet new cyborg secret society Shadoru developed of darkness, and training to search the battle of martial artists around the world from the movie image, the objective is to defeat the martial artist Liu legendary. During the confrontation with Liu will fight in actually fighting the battle.
