Shinshuku Taisen It's a Nonii! is a puzzle game. The game features four differents playable characters that the player can choose at the beginning of the game which one he will use during the game.

There are three games modes:
- Story mode: The player have to defeat different opponents to advance in the story, the game start in a castle.
- Vs Mode : Play vs the computer or another human player.
- Endless mode : The game has no end.

The gameplay is to combine three pieces of the same colour in horizontal, vertical or in diagonal to make them dissapear and make attacks.

"To eliminate stretch shortening Align, " puzzle game with rules that everyone can enjoy. Will be stretch to move a block of five colors auction coming up from below, we'll put out three or more aligned horizontal and vertical tilting. The game is a way you can not move off the block "ball, but" a possible ?Raseru. "I!" to protect the stars out!
