Tokoro-san no Daifugou is aboard game that features different game modes (1 or up to 4 human players can play at the same time using the multi-tap function) ,12 different characters to choose from & 4 different board tables to play on.

The goal of the game is to be the richest player at the end of the game (or be the first one in reach 2500000 money), the player can buy buildings or sell them, buy other places too. If a player reach a square that is property of another player he will have to pay him. The player can also make an auction of his properties to earn money and the other players will bid in the auction. They can also ask for loans, etc.

There are also mini games like slot machines, etc.
