The Shinri Game 4 Itsumo shin ni hoshizora o is the fourth game in the psychological games series for the Playstation One console. In these games that player have to answer different kind of psychological questions and after the tests the game will game some results.

The game uses a first person perspective 3D engine to make the different tests. The game features 6 game modes:
1 - Veracious mode
2 - Short story
3 - Yes or no mode
4 - Date Simulation mode
5 - Relationship mode - 2 Player mode
6 - Affinity mode - 2 Player mode
