Space Fishermen is a genre-bending take on fishing that many will enjoy if only for it's unique content. The variety of gameplay, perky visuals, and great soundtrack make space fishing an interesting experience. There is a lot to do and a lot to see in this offbeat game.

Import exclusive and rather in demand for those that know this relatively obscure cyber fishing title. Some beautiful cel shaded environs see you casting a rod out to try and lure in a bizarre space monster. Captured monsters can be used as bait for others and only certain creatures can be caught in certain areas. Add to that the differing techniques required to land the catch makes for a real challenge to complete the full roster of funky space cod.

STORY:
Infinite expanses of space are home to creatures that have yet to be discovered. You are one of three space fishermen that go out and find these space fish and reel them in. Bright cartoony graphics, simple and fun game play await. As you progress you will gain new lures that will allow you to catch new fish and the cycle continues. Throw in a few boss fish and some other events and you get a fun game. If the idea of searching out and fishing weird creatures in strange locales with simple controls doesn't appeal to you, then maybe this game isn't for you.

Each level presents you with a task of getting a specific fish. The people in the station will give you hints of where they are located and what lures you will need to fish. Once you get the "Nushi"(The "Big One") you will move on to the next level and open up a new set of planets. The final levels have you returning to previous levels to get fish that were previously un-fishable.

- As one of the 3 heroes, you need to save the world by catching all giant fish-like monsters
- Over 150 types fishes waiting your challenge; & you need to power up yourself by upgrading tools such as radar, & better space ships
- Combine traditional fishing techniques with alert & patience; try to familiar with the Analog Controller stick
