Welcome to Pia Carrot is a Japanese visual novel series by Cocktail Soft (a part of F&C, later F&C FC02). Anime and manga have been based on the games.

The games are all set around restaurants in the fictional "Pia Carrot" chain, and most of the female characters are waitresses at these restaurants. The individual restaurants in the chain are called "1st", "2nd", etc. A maid cafe named "Pia Carrot" also opened in real life as a cosplay restaurant in Akihabara, Japan).

Pia Carrot e Youkoso!! G.P. Gakuen Princess:
There is a restaurant, Pia Carrot. Hiroto starts working there as a part-timer, but a big gas explosion occurs on his first day there. He is badly injured and loses his job. A masked girl suddenly appears in front of him and gives him some advice. By following her advice, he becomes a boss of a newly opened restaurant, a branch restaurant of Pia Carrot. He meets his classmates and old friends there and they start working at the restaurant. His life gradually gets busy....

Kamoshita Hiroto (you) have just got a part time job at Pia Carrot, a boutique restaurant, but because of your clumsy self, you accidentally blew up the whole building and burnt it completely to dust.

Feeling enormously guilty, you readily agree to manage a new shop at the school district when the "Master of Waitresses" proposes this to you.

Staff your shop with girls, from childhood friends to classmates. Juggle your school life with your manager duties and don't forget to cater to the the girls' whims in this comedic, colorful adventure.

The Playstation 2 version features over the original PC one, a new intro movie, new CG events and scenarios.
