Lulu is born with magical powers unassociated with any element (i.e. Light, darkness, wind, water etc.) and so all spells she performs ends in hazards. To prevent the school from judging her as an unfit magician and sealing her powers, she has to choose an element and a fellow magician to bond with.
Bring up a powerful magician in a school setting and get to know your fellow students, they are not only there to help you determine which sort of magic you should channel your powers into, but are also potential romantic interests that will bring you to your happy ending.
The main character is Lulu. She is a student of a magic school, but she is actually a trouble student. Because of her poor magic skill and continual troubles, she is forced to transfer to a different school. She happily joins the new school, but she gets to know a shocking fact soon.... She doesn't have an attribute as a magical girl! If she can't find her attribute before she graduates from the school, her magic power will need to be sealed.... Well, will Lulu be able to find it...?

In the world of Wand of Fortune you play as the heroine, Lulu a new student at Mirus Clare School of Magic and she meets various students with all different attributes: Julius Fortner, Noel Valmore, Bilal Asad Ithnan Faranbald, Lagi El Nagil, Alvaro Garay, Est Rinaudo.
