When an alien invasion gets into gear, six boys are recruited to combat the nefarious threat from outer space. Troops of otherworldly aliens are invading earth. To protect the planet and humanity, six chosen youths are recruited into the Scared Rider team under you, their commander. In any other genre of game, there'd be a cast of trigger-happy grunts who blast away in blazing action sequences. However, Scared Rider Xechsisn't a shooter nor is it a tactical simulation. SRX is an otome game or a boy's love adventure where the protagonist is girl named Akira Asagi and she's surrounded by six hunky guys whom she directs against the aliens.
Similar to the male archetypes found in other otome games, the boys in SRX are chiseled, lanky, and have fine features that are almost feminine.
As normal humans, the boys wouldn't stand a chance against the aliens but they're capable of transforming into superhumans who have fighting skills and moxie. To allay suspicions concerning their super powers, the boys form a rock band which Akira manages. The story of Scared Rider Xechs is told through 13 episodes of intrigue and narrative that's sure to whet the appetite of otome fans across Japan.
Gameplay is split into the adventure part and the battle part. Peer into the boys' everyday lives and get to know them better during their free time and send them to fight when the siren calls. The game comprises of 13 episodes, at the end of the day, will you be united with the man of your dreams or will you perish with the rest of the world?
Character designs and CG are done by the famous illustrator Pako and the boys' transformation sequences are all produced by the animation studio I.G. Couple these with the stylish music of 5pb and the intoxicating voices of the seiyuu and you have one irresistible romance adventure.
Scared Rider Xechs - Stardust Lovers is a Fandisc of Scared Rider Xechs, and takes place during the main storyline and basically delves into wot our IS kids get up to during their non-ganking free time.
