Golf is a precision club and ball sport in which competing players (or golfers) use many types of clubs to hit balls into a series of holes on a course using the fewest number of strokes. Golf is defined, in the rules of golf, as "playing a ball with a club from the teeing ground into the hole by a stroke or successive strokes in accordance with the Rules."

Caledonian Golf Club: The 18-hole "Caledonia" course at the Caledonia Golf Club facility in scenic Fayetteville, Pennsylvania features 5,154 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 68. The course rating is 67.1 and it has a slope rating of 118. Caledonia golf course opened in 1922.

Sohbu County Club: Located near Tokyo (1 hour drive). One of the most prestigious private clubs in Japan. Designed by Seizo Tomizawa, who is a very popular golf course architect in Japan. Laid on beautiful natural landscape of countryside.

Most of its fairways are moderately undulated and separated each other by luxuriant age-old trees.It has played host to many proffesional tournaments such as Taiheiyo Club Masters, Sohbu International Open and Suntory Open.

The Golf Navigator game series let's the player enjoy a golf simulation where the hallmarks are panoramic 360 degree views of the courses and an intuiative system which allows for proper impartation of power and english to the virtual golfer's swing.

The Vol.1 features 2 courses: Caledonian Golf Club & Sohbu County Club. At the beginning of the game the player can choose between a male or a female caracter, select one of the courses and in each course he can play stroke play, free play or view the course data.

During each hole the player can select the direction, the kind of swing, the stance and how he will face each shot, after selecting all of this he can make the shot.

  MANUFACTURER'S DESCRIPTION:

Golf simulation game that can be played on the golf course to be real. I record two as "Caledonian Golf Club" and "Sohbu Country Course". I adopt the system to calculate the distance, etc. based on information such as the club entered. It is also possible to walk freely within each course, to see the advice video by multi-angle feature.
