Vitamin X is set at Seitei Gakuen, an elite private academy that teaches every level from kindergarten until college in Tokyo. Minami Yuri is starting her second year of teaching here, and she is now moving up from teaching middle school students to the assignment she had sought after: grammar for high school students. Unfortunately, she gets assigned to "Class X," an infamous group of seniors; it is said that all of their previous teachers have retired due to ulcers or neurosis. Minami must try to reach out to these students and get them into college.

CHARACTERS:
- Manami Kitamori: The main character of the game. The new teacher in the private academy.
- Tenjuro Narumiya - a cocky student and the leader of A4 who stands out with his blonde and spiky hair.
- Arata Mine - this guy likes to flirt and make his own words that stands for japanese language.
- Yakumo Tachibana - he's an idol who just released his debut single.
- Chisato Fuwa - a blue haired and cool guy.
- Goro Fumonji (CV: Kishio Daisuke).
- Kiyoharu Sendo - the teacher who likes to talk semi-english.
- Shun Nanase - an orange haired and stylish guy who likes to wear a coat with fur around the nect. don't know much about thim.
- Mizuki Modaname - a queit person who rarely speaks. even he speaks, he speaks soooo slowly that I barely hear him speaking.
- Tsubasa Makabe - a strict teacher who dress normally (at least among the B6 teacher)
- Tomoya Nogata - seems like an assistant of the headmaster who shows you around on the first day.

Vitamin Z: The scene takes place five years after the original. This time, Manami is assigned the F class in 3rd year, the so-called "Class Z", which also has its lot of problem children...

The Limited Edition includes a drama CD "VitaminZ ~Countdown Prologue~" and a weekly calendar all packaged in a box edition.
