In Last Escort a love simulation (a "Boys Love" game for girls), the player takes the role of a part time worker at a host club - a Japanese entertainment club where good looking men interact with ladies, usually attempting to get them to fork over big cash for high priced drinks. The player's goal is to save up money as he perform a variety of tasks.
Last Escort - Club Katze: Izumi is 21 years old. She has been working hard every day. One day, an owner of a host club appears in front of her and offers her to be a planning adviser of his new host club. It is a well-paid offer, but there is one big problem.... There are six hosts, each playing to the heartstrings of a different girl. Visiting Club Katze is the only controllable way to interact with a host, however there are still yet events that are triggered outside of the club environment. Players choose one of three actions per visit to interact with a host: Conversation (correct responses yield better results), order a drink (help the host become Number One) and give a gift (homemade is best). Of course, everything, including your siple visit, costs yen, so you have to watch your wallet.

- Haneda Kouichi (Tsubasa): So Tsubasa is a back dancer for some popular idol group.
- Kuroki Hideomi (Rei): Rei is 28 and speaks fluent Engrish.
- Kanbara Ryuji (Ryusei): In the past he was a model/actor, he’s the #1 host at Club Katze every single time.
- Miyamoto Souichirou (Minomiya Hiiragi): He's 29.
- Fujimoto Akira (Kanade): He’s 21, His original intention was to work in the back of Club Katze but he was probably forced to become an actual host by Hiiragi.
- Johan Gruner: Johan is the club pianist.
