Welcome to the INFORMATION part of the PSX Datacenter, here we are going to explain each part of the site and talk about the PS2 console.

The Playstation Datacenter started in 2007 when the site's designer CRX decided that it was time to have a complete Database of all the released games on the Playstation One console. We opened the site to the public on 29-November-2007 with 150 game entries but the site's goal is to have an entry for each game that were released. During this time I decided that it will be good to have also a part of the site dedicated to the emulators that there are for this console, since the console is right now dead and in the future the people will play this game only thanks to those emulators and that's why the emulation section was opened in 2009.
