Karan Koron Gakuen - Doki Doki Hen is one of the 3 mahjong games released by J-Wing in which the player takes the role of a young high school student that is trying to find love and for that he will play different mahjong games against 3 different girls.
After playing the story mode the free mode is unlocked to play againts the girl that the player played her story mode.
The different between the 3 Karan Koron Gakuen games are that the main girl characters are different in each games.
