Wing Over is a flight simulator that takes place in the 21st Century and allow the player to join the virtual players in aerial battles against its competitors. There are 4 characters in each team and in the tournament mode the player's team compete against 17 different teams and up to twenty different scenarios availables. There are 4 game modes: Tournament, Free Game, Vs & Survival Mode.

During the game the player can buy new parts and upgrade his plane, buy a new plane or hire a new pilot. The game use a 3d engine for the plane combats and 2d cartoon graphics for the shops and story parts.
