NCAA Basketball Final Four '97 brings college hoops home to your Sony PlayStation. 64 big name colleges (such as Kansas, North Carolina, Notre Dame, and Indiana) are represented by team names, logos, and stadiums. Each team is rated according to player statistics. Up to eight people can compete in exhibition play, a 30 game season, or a single elimination six round tournament.

Featuring injuries, coaching, fouls, traveling, dunking, five-on-five action, backcourt violations, out of bounds, offensive and defensive basket interference, a shot clock, goaltending, substitutions, and other basketball staples, NCAA Basketball Final Four '97 incorporates many of the rules of the college game. Special features include a turbo button and the ability to create your own players.
