In Eagle Eye Golf, players make their shots by swinging the analog stick back and forth in as close to a straight line as possible and with enough power to send the ball toward the green. A variety of single-player modes are available including a full tournament and quick course play, and friends can golf together in modes that include tournaments, and "Sudden Death" golfing.
Golfer outfits and equipment can be customized to create a unique character, and gamers can create their own courses to trade with friends by saving information to a memory card. Eagle Eye Golf is the first title published by Aksys Games Localization, Inc.
Eagle Eye Golf uses an exciting control method that's easy enough for beginners to get to grips with, while remaining flexible enough for real pros to command the course with daring shots. Players pull the right analogue stick back to power their swing and then push the stick forward to hit the ball. Depending on the amount of power used to slam the stick, and the subtleties in direction applied by the player, the whole range of real world golfing shots may be recreated, making Eagle Eye Golf an enjoyable title as much for newbies as for pro players.
